“Grand Super Soft” Girth
made for dressage but now so many are using it for jumping too!
Leather covered Neoprene girth by Eponia
For dressage and jumping- great all around girth- available in black or brown. This girth is developed for the sensitive dressage horse is full neoprene covered with soft leather!!! It also features a round base for even pressure of the girth as well as how the saddle fits on the horse. The round base also features a D ring center. With the extra protection of the round padded base, training aids such as back stretchers can be added without irritation. The straight shaped endings leave room for the horses elbows to move freely (usually dressage girth will have a design where the endings on each side is widening) The Super Soft features triple elastic, roller buckles, and a special Velcro leather covering> this holds in the billet saddle straps and protects from one coming out of the holder and touching the sensitive horse, as well as protecting your elastic from wear. This also makes for a very finished look. A very unique girth!! Highly recommended!!!

Loving my Eponia girth! These girths are made with the softest leather. All of my horses really appreciate the suppleness it provides, along with the shape that gives them room to move, yet still has a wide section to support the base of their girth area and hold the saddle in place without slipping and rubbing. I ride many sensitive horses, and I find this girth makes a difference, for jumping and dressage. In addition, it is easy to clean and has held up very well.

I never feel the need to review things but, this girth is fantastic and totally worth the investment. I have an off-track thoroughbred that started to have severe girthing problems several months ago when I started focusing heavily on Dressage and using a short girth. I had him scoped and cleared for ulcers, as well as checked for overall body soundness. Nothing was wrong except his sensitivity to his girth. I found this one at a horse show and was drawn to how soft it was and the placement of the elastic. Since I started using it my boy has been exceptional when girthing and so much more comfortable in his movement. I’m now looking solely for a monoflap jumping saddle because I refuse to give up this girth! Totally worth a try whether you ride a sensitive horse or not.
